For AR-Equipment, equipment restrictions may be set, and characters that do not meet the conditions that cannot be equipped.

For a special quest, You just need to have the character profile card (regardless of reality) and start watching! and in order to play special quests, You need to have cleared the epilogue of "Protect the Peace, Halloween Police!"
