In Game Application"Tokyo After School Summoners", our development team confirmed in the latest version of the game application that the following game error content existing, and has begun to investigate the cause and start to debug.

If you encounter the following problems, please try “Re-download game data” from title screen to refine the game data.
1. New character card can’t display Relationship Chart
2. Application shutdown when trying to change the new Setsubun skin of character card.
3. New character card can’t display new research file.

  • In the quests "探索初級" & “探索中級” of Dungeon "新宿学園旧校舎", The enemy weapon type information for quests is different from battle.

We have identified this issue.

  • When exchanging coins at the exchange store, the possession number of other items may not be displayed correctly

  • "Character detail screen" and "MENU" can not be displayed after trying to move the character who was in the movement disabled state of "Fear / Oppression / Break / Paralysis / Immobility"

  • Characters that selected by support member may differ from characters actually on quests (even in the case of Ally or NPC).
  • When support member launches a charge skill, it will be different from the charge skill cut-in of the pre-selected character.

  • "during attack" and "after attacking" skills cannot be activated during charge skill attacking.

This is normal setting in game.
"during attack" and "after attacking” is only for “normal attacking”.
We will fix it to “during normal attack(TBA)" and “after normal attacking(TBA)” later.

  • When replaying “love quest" in memories, it is possible to recollect even the same character of ★ 2 or less.

Game error content in the search

  • [NEW] Recovering stamina by using the transient stone on the shop screen, it appears as if 2 transient stones were consumed in one recovery

For this, whatever 2 stones have been consumed is displayed, but only 1 is used normally in system processing, and the correct number will be displayed upon task kill or re-login.

  • On some model, the app is forcibly terminated at the start of the battleless quest

If you encounter a similar situation, please return to the application main screen and choose to “give up”, you can return to the normal state before the game.
(For battleless quests, there is no consumption of stamina even if you select "give up".)

  • In the Familiar list screen, the card information of the newly obtained character and the switch icon from another card of the same character are not displayed correctly

The 2 messages will appear overlapping on the screen. (XXX is the name of the opponent player).

“XXX has become your Ally.” Is incorrect message.

  • If I try to purchase the same price again after purchasing a transient stones of 9,800 yen on the purchase menu, the payment screen will not be displayed and it will return to the previous item select menu. (Reported SoftBank AQUOS 404SH + OS: 5.0.2, The model is sold locally in Japan and is not sold overseas.)

  • Under certain conditions, different rarity card such as the same character in the team can be grouped together in the team.

We are fixing this issue, but it may take some time to install it in the game, please wait a little longer.

In development & Improvement in progress features

  • Even though enemy has applying "Remove one buff” skill from charge skill, the enemy's “Guts" skill still activates and survives.

Only one state change that can be canceled by "Remove one buff", If the enemy has a plural state such as "Guts", "Guts" may not be lifted.
Regard to the notation of 'Remove one buff', we found that there was a misunderstanding between ‘one enemy' and ‘one skill' between customer and development team.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by confusing expressions.

Countermeasure (1): Consider again whether the word "Remove one buff" is applicable.
Countermeasure (2): Make it easier to understand this skill in the HELP page.

  • There are blue lines on both sides on the screen

After version 3.2.0, if the user's mobile display size ratio is more than 16:9, there will be a blue&black line background on both sides beyond the 16:9 range.
This background has two lines “dashed and straight” depending on who customer views the screen.

  • When playing some quest, the screen will be black and cannot be played normally.

In the case of insufficient performance of the mobile, more reading time may be required before the quest begins.
Please wait for about 1 to 2 minutes at the start of the mission.
If you are still unable to start the quest after waiting for too long, please close the app and open that again.
On the "The previous battle did not terminate properly. Please choose one of the following restart options.” screen and select OK to restart.
When you begin a new quest, that quest will recording to “Memories”features in the option menu, you can go back and watch the story at anytime.

If it is caused by old game cache or insufficient memory, it may be resolved by this following procedure.

(1) Start the app and click "Clear Cache" in the title screen.
(2) After obtaining the “Transfer Code" in the game, uninstall and reinstall the APP, and using the transfer code to re-start HOUSAMO.
(3) If the above method cannot be solved, please contact us using the official website "FAQ & CONTACT US".

In the future, we will avoid this problem happening again.

  • A quest named “unpublished(Japanese title:未公開)" is displayed in game.

This issue can be improved by the "Clear Cache" feature in the title screen.
If it still haven't improved after using the above features, please try this method:
obtaining the “Transfer Code" in the game by option’s “Transfer data” features, uninstall and reinstall the APP, and using the transfer code to re-start HOUSAMO.
If the quest is completed in this situation, after the above process, the quest can be found in “Memories" → "Special" in the option menu, and the quest can be re-played.

In the future, we will avoid this problem happening again.

  • It cannot be displayed normally after obtaining a new character card from transient summons (displayed as ★1 in transient summons, or the character cannot be displayed, etc.)

This problem may be caused by the data has not been installed into the game correctly after the official maintenance.
Please restart the app and try to get back to normal.

In the future, we will improve the timing of installing the updated files into the game.

  • Add new type high-difficultly quest.

We will add new quest such as "Chapters 2~4 BOSS enemies”, "Special item drops" and "new type high-difficultly quest”!! Stay tuned!!

  • New My-Guild features.

We are preparing to add the feature of “character voice" to the guild screen.

  • The “Accept All” alarm window in the message box can be bigger and easier to see.
