We would like to inform you about the apology and response regarding the problem that occurred during the "バレンタイン・スノーファイト" held from February 2023.
From around 11:00 pm on February 18, 2023, when players complete quest in the game or receive all items from the message box, a communication error will occur when multiple items are obtained in areas such as Ally Summon, and the game cannot be played normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are currently investigating and fixing this issue.
Regarding the limited-time event that is launched, as an emergency measure, we have canceled the dropped items obtained when the event quests is completed.
※In the main story battle during this event, item drops will not occur until the final episode.
We performed maintenance to fixed bugs from on February 24, at 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
In consideration of the problem, we will extend the period of event "バレンタイン・スノーファイト".

We will distribute the following items as compensation for the period when normal operation was not possible.
- Stamina Drink ×7
- ドッキリチョコレート(Surprise Chocolate / event item) ×1500
- あったかラテアート(Warm Latte Art / event item) ×1500
※Even after the compensation is distributed, the main scenario battle during this event will continue to have no item drops until the final episode.
The above distribution is scheduled for March 3, at 06:00 pm.
In addition, a special quest will be released along with the extension of the event period. By clearing this quest for the first time, you can get 10 AR-Equipment "寒空の下、君を待って" distributed during the event period.
※If obtain more than the upper limit level 100, it will be converted to 3000 coins per piece.
